Isaac Alcaide is a Senior Project Manager in the aerospace and defence industry, a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, and a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering complex programmes for organisations including Rolls-Royce, Airbus, and the UK Ministry of Defence.

He has led multidisciplinary teams across Europe in high value programmes, from next-generation propulsion systems to electric aircraft and critical mission support.

Holding an MBA from IE Business School, Isaac combines technical depth with strategic insight. His work focuses on risk management, governance, and leadership in high-reliability environments where precision and people are equally critical to success.
